Early Risers Are Sure To Love These 9 Breakfast Restaurants In Kansas

A list of top breakfast spots in Kansas for early risers.

Of course on the road, we're always a big fan of the local Daylight Donuts places we stop by. However, we don't always want the same thing every time we travel. For all of the early risers in Kansas who want breakfast available before seven in the morning, we've put together a list of some of the best.

1. The Big Biscuit - Topeka

Not only does this restaurant have big biscuits, but items like cinnamon roll pancakes. Who wouldn't love to chow down on some sweets like these for breakfast? You can get them as early as 6:30 a.m. for your morning hunger needs.

2. Toots Drive In - Howard

If you like biscuits and gravy to go, then Toot's might be great for you. They have plenty of platter options, but we can't pass up a good gravy. They've been open since 1955, and open every day at 5 a.m. for your early breakfast needs.

3. Bob's Grill - Pittsburg

At Bob's, the most popular item to order is the Cowboy. A plate full of everything breakfast covered in gravy is enough to make any Kansan happy. They're also open at 5 a.m. to make things as easy as possible for you!

4. The Donut Palace - Pratt

We love donuts and breakfast sandwiches, and most Kansans agree on those as well. This spot opens up at 5 a.m. for your convenience.

5. Moe's Breads - Fort Scott

For lovers of baked goods, coming through Fort Scott means you can snag a fresh donut, cinnamon roll, or pasty on your way in. They're open at 5 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends.

6. Irma's Cafe - Liberal

Do you like breakfast burritos and Tex-Mex food? Irma's Cafe is bound to fill you up with what you need. They're open as early as 5 a.m. every day except Sundays for tasty dishes to keep you moving.

7. Riverside Cafe - Wichita

In Wichita, you'll find plenty of breakfast options, but we have to recommend Riverside Cafe for their 6 a.m. opening time and their homemade options. When you dine here, you really feel like welcome family.

8. Hanna's Corner - Garden City

Eggs, breakfast platters, and steak, oh my! Whether you're the omelette type or the chicken fried steak type, there's always something tasty at Hanna's Corner in the morning. Starting at 5:30 a.m. most days, they're ready for early birds to fly in.

9. Rick's - Pratt

Last but not least, Rick's in Pratt. As early as 6 a.m. on Tuesdays through Sundays, you can get anything from a breakfast plate to a simple omelet. Options and a friendly atmosphere make a breakfast place really shine.
