Welcome to Fresh Seven, a great little cafe hiding out in the northwest corner of Kansas that's ready to serve all sorts of fresh goods.

Starting off your day with a fresh coffee made from in-house roasted beans is the freshest it gets, and a great start to any travel day.

If you like breakfast, they have a great selection to choose from, though we are a little biased towards their pecan rolls. Those are breakfast food, right?

For lunch, a premade salad ready to go on your next adventure is a great option, and they're much more filling than you'd think.

However, don't be scared if you're not a salad person! They also make great sandwiches and wraps, and other light lunch meals such as soup. Many of their options are also available in gluten-free and vegan options for those of us with dietary restrictions.

Their desserts are always changing, but they go quickly! Make sure to grab them if you see them, especially if they're bacon brownies. Blink, and they'll be gone!

Fresh Seven is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Fridays, and from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturdays.
