ROMA Ristorante Is Serving Some Of The Freshest Pasta In Indiana

When most people think of fresh food, they think of things like never-frozen meats, farm-fresh produce... you know, things along those lines. For some reason, for most (not all, but most), fresh pasta never really comes to mind. After all, it's something we all purchase in a box or a bag and cook, but it's not often that most (again, not all... just most) of us make our own from scratch. Enter restaurants like the incredible ROMA Ristorante in beautiful Carmel; the pasta here is made daily from scratch, by hand, and I swear it's easily the freshest pasta in Indiana. Come try it and see the difference for yourself; dining in Indiana is always an adventure, and this little spot is the Italian leg of the journey.

Located in beautiful Carmel, Roma is one of those spots where if you blink, you might just miss it.

But slow down and take a closer look: this amazing restaurant is so much more than "just" Italian food. Sure, lots of restaurants do Italian - but they don't do it like Roma does.

From the moment you walk in, you're immersed in a setting where modernity is embraced in terms of aesthetics, but old-world is the way to go in terms of the menu.

There's something special about this particular Italian restaurant in Indiana: the pasta here is utterly INCREDIBLE - and it's all hand-made in-house.

Yep. Like I said, you can find lots of Italian joints in Indiana, but most of them aren't doing that.

While other spots receive their pasta shipped to them in bags and boxed, Roma Ristorante goes the extra mile (or 10) and simply makes its own award-winning, to-die-for pasta.

It's so delicious that it's the entree in many of the dishes offered on the menu.

At the very least, it's a side dish for the items that are more protein-based, but in my opinion, pasta this fresh and delicious should never be set to the side. It is, simply put, the main event - no matter what you order.

Roma Ristorante is an excellent venue for birthdays, dates, anniversaries, and any other occasion that you can dream up.

It's elegant without being stuffy, and the menu is diverse and delicious without being boring or repetitive. You'll be stunned at all the things you can do with pasta.

Of course, there are plenty of things to love for the carnivores in the group, too, as some of the best steaks and chops can be found on this menu, too.
