Pudgee’s Eatery & Market began with humble beginnings as a no-frills roadside hot dog stand over 20 years ago.

After being purchased in 2022, this restaurant broadened it’s menu offerings, expanded into a market and coffee shop, and added beer, wine, and outdoor seating.

But let’s focus on the food for a second, because this might be one of the only restaurants in Florida serving up true Indiana pork tenderloins.

What’s been dubbed The Indiana, this breaded pork sandwich is fried to pure perfection, crispy in all the right places, and topped with mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onion.

To be honest, you might need more than one bun to finish this behemoth of a sandwich.

Of course, there are plenty of other items on the Pudgee’s menu if you aren’t fully committed to the Indiana. Burgers are in high demand here, plus hot dogs of all varieties, other handhelds, and fresh hand-cut fries.
