Saint Anthony Italian Festival gets better year after year, and the 50th promises to be outstanding! Not only is it one of the largest Italian-American cultural events in the United States, the Italian Festival is the primary fundraiser for St. Anthony of Padua Grade School. Head into Wilmington June 9-16, 2024 for a few nights of fun filled with authentic food, rides, games, and live entertainment.
Every year, Wilmington's Little Italy neighborhood gathers together during the St. Anthony's Festival event.
This celebration is one of the largest cultural festivals in the region, and thousands stop by St. Anthony's Delaware during the week-long schedule of fun.
A colorful parade features many of our friends, and it also honors several saints, including the beloved Saint Lucia.
She is the patron saint of the blind and her feast day is celebrated on Dec 13.
Every night visitors mingle, dance the night away to the talents of live performers, enjoy a carnival ride, and shop from the craft vendors at this Italian Festival in Delaware.
But the food is clearly the star of the show, so be sure to stop by and taste all that's offered, from homemade pasta to fresh canned sauces.
