Indulge In A Martha Vineyard’s Favorite Without Leaving Connecticut At Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta

Martha's Vineyard is one of the top destinations in New England, and while it's not in Connecticut, we do recommend that everyone pay it a visit. It's a place full of rich history, scenic beauty, and delicious dining. One of the most popular restaurants on the island is Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta, a seasonal Italian eatery filled with pan-to-table servings of delicious pasta dishes. It's been around for almost 30 years and it's easy to see why it's such a beloved spot. Fortunately for those of us in the Nutmeg State, there's now a Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta in Avon, CT! Check it out:

The original Jimmy Seas has been around for nearly three decades on Martha's Vineyard, and two locations have joined the original in the last few years.

The Avon, CT location (pictured above) opened in December 2023, but there's also a spot in Lincoln, NH that opened up fairly recently.

Jimmy Seas Pan Pasta's Connecticut location is the only one of the three to be open year-round.

Just like in Martha's Vineyard, you'll find large portions here that are large enough to split between two diners if you so choose.

The unique thing about Jimmy Seas is that the dishes are served up in the same pans they're cooked in.

There's a wide array of pasta dishes on the menu, with plenty of seafood combinations to try... this is New England, after all!

Each meal comes with salad and bread, too, making for a tasty, filling meal.
