Hibachi Osaka Buffet lies not far from the river in Stratford.
It's a fairly new restaurant and one of the larger buffets in Connecticut.
The primary focus here is on Japanese food, but you can find plenty of other options as well.
As the name implies, the buffet has hibachi items. There's also a buffet selection of American, Chinese, and Japanese dishes.
The buffet is restocked regularly, so fill up as much as you want!
The food here is perfectly seasoned. Some restaurants have a tendency to over-salt food, making it impossible to distinguish flavors, but here you'll find perfectly cooked dishes where the flavors shine through.
Fans of sushi will not be disappointed! There's plenty to choose from.
There are also plenty of seafood options to choose from.
