This small university is located in Colfax, a town in the Sierra foothills. At about 2,000 feet in elevation, this forest-covered area is covered in snow in the winter and has pleasant temperatures in the summer.
Weimar University is a small, private Seventh-day Adventist school in Placer County.
It was established in 1978 and is focused on health and education. The campus is a beautiful place to explore.
The cafeteria’s chefs prepare blood sugar-friendly dishes without animal products.

Breakfast is from 7:15 a.m. to 8 a.m. and lunch from 1-1:45 p.m. They’re also open on Sunday from breakfast (8-9 a.m.) and lunch (1-1:45 p.m.).
