...and in my opinion, it's Arkansas' best kept secret. Housed inside the terminal of the historic Pine Bluff Regional Airport / Grider Field, you'll find this family-owned homestyle restaurant.
Folks flying through the area will stop at Grider Field just to eat the comfort food that this hidden gem dishes up every day.
Of course, locals love this place as well, which means you might find a line when you get there.
So, be patient because the line goes fast, and the food is worth the short wait.
Stop by for lunch from Monday to Friday to feast on their delicious country cooking.
This restaurant has been around since the 1960s, so don't expect a fancy dining room.
In fact, the cafeteria-style gem is modestly decorated and has the comfort of grandma's house.
While the restaurant is modest, the food has locals and visitors coming back for more. If you love fried chicken, then you'll be delighted that it's on the menu every day.
Served with 2 or 3 sides along with their delicious sweet-dipped cornbread, this will be the best fried chicken that you'll eat. You'll believe that you're eating a down-home meal at your grandma's house.
