You'll see plenty of authentic dishes like chilaquiles, posole, and homemade chorizo, but such unique options as fajita omelets, corned beef hash, and breakfast chimichangas are just as popular.

These bad boys feature scrambled eggs. thick-cut seasoned potatoes, cheese, and pico de gallo, with a generous side of salsa to pour on top.

Most every meal is served with either homefries or pinto beans cooked with ham, bacon, & green chiles — yum! You can substitute hashbrowns for an extra 50 cents, or cottage cheese, tomato slices, or mixed fruit for $1.50.
