If you can't make it on a Friday or Saturday, don't worry - bottomless shrimp (without the fish) is a permanent fixture on the menu, so you can get your fix all week long.

Speaking of the salad bar, it features both cold and hot items, including fresh fruit and vegetables, chilled shrimp, and even frozen yogurt for dessert.

Add it to any entrée for just $4.95, and your taste buds will greatly thank you. At breakfast time, the salad bar serves as a buffet with over 50 items from which to choose, including the signature Prescott Junction pancakes.

It's impossible to visit Prescott Junction without - at the very least - stealing a long glance at the dessert case.

The pies are baked from scratch each morning, the cinnamon rolls are topped with a thick layer of icing, and the muffins are as fluffy and pillow-soft as can be.
