The Harry Waugh Dessert Room is a concept that stemmed from a meal that the Bern himself had while traveling aboard. French wine director Harry Waugh brought him into a drawing-room after dinner for vintage port, Stilton cheese, coffee, and conversation.
Today, you’ll find that same intimacy in the dessert room named after the French wine purveyor, plus a few out-of-this-world dessert options.
There are private booths made out of old wine casks that house guests who seek after-dinner drinks and desserts, plus quiet conversation.
You can even make a reservation for the dessert room only and skip the steaks altogether!
