A LEGO Festival Is Coming To Wisconsin And It Promises Tons Of Fun For All Ages

When Danish entrepreneur Ole Kirk Christiansen founded The LEGO Group in 1932, he had no idea it would grow to be the world’s largest toy company. The term LEGO actually comes from the Danish leg godt which means "play well". Well, there’s an incredible LEGO festival coming to Wisconsin, and you’ll want to be a part of it. Brick Fest Live is one of the largest LEGO festivals in the country, and it’s currently on a nationwide tour and will be stopping in Wisconsin for a chance for you to play well. Here’s what you need to know:

Brick Fest Live will be coming to the Wisconsin Center in Milwaukee on January 7-8, 2023.

This unique LEGO festival celebrates these inspirational little building blocks by encouraging everyone to create something from nothing.

Fun fact: Did you know that even older LEGO pieces will still connect with newer blocks? So if you have an old set from 50 years ago in your attic, it will seamlessly fit with today's blocks!

Let your imagination run wild! You’re only limited by your imagination, so dream big.

There will be plenty of hands-on activities for both young and old to enjoy.

Contribute to the massive floor mural and watch it come to life right before your eyes!

There will be several LEGO displays to spark your creativity, some of them crafted by some of the top LEGO masters in the world!

You may even be inspired to build a LEGO car and race it down the famous 35-foot-long tracks.

Or maybe you'll enjoy flopping into the massive LEGO pit, filled with 200,000 LEGO blocks!

Between life-sized creations and special appearances from some of your favorite characters, there will be plenty of photo opportunities.

Of course, you'll want to pick up some new LEGO sets to take home.
