The Drive-Thru Christmas Lights Display In Washington The Whole Family Can Enjoy

Baby, it's cold outside... and it's only getting colder. And as lovely as all those walk-through Christmas lights display in Washington are, doesn't a drive-thru version sound better? If so, just head to Spanaway Park during the holiday season for the annual Fantasy Lights at Spanaway Park event. Children and kids at heart alike always enjoy this dazzling display of Christmas drive-thru lights in Washington. So save the date and don't forget to bring your camera!

This local tradition is the perfect way to welcome the holiday season, and it's also a great way to bid it adieu at the end of December.

The lights are on from 5:30 - 9 p.m. daily.

This is the largest Christmas drive-thru lights display in the Northwest, showcasing about 300 elaborate displays with thousands of sparkling lights.

You'll take it all in while making the two-mile drive around Spanaway Lake, listening to holiday tunes on 95.3 FM.

Fantasy Lights was created 25 years ago when locals realized there was a need to use their parks more in the winter.

Pierce County Parks & Recreation formed some vital community partnerships, gathered some volunteers, and the rest is history.

The annual Spanaway Christmas lights display, Fantasy Lights, kicks off the weekend after Thanksgiving.
