Here’s the One Day Tour I’d Book To Get To Know Seattle, Washington

This day trip allows you to see the best of the best in Seattle.

I remember my first trip to Seattle. My bucket list was long, and I had limited time to fit in as many sights and attractions as possible — it was overwhelming. When my trip was over, there were many tourist attractions I was able to enjoy but there were also many sights I didn’t get to cross off my list. That’s why this Seattle tour, available on Viator, is an excellent way to get to know Seattle. You’ll drive by many well-known attractions and spend time at places where a camera is an absolute must. It’s a day trip where you’ll get to experience the best of the Emerald City.

I do not live in Seattle, yet I love to visit. Hidden gems are certainly at the top of my bucket list in this Pacific Northwest city but I will never say no to visiting sights like the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and even the Fremont Troll. To experience the best of the best in the Emerald City, I recommend a day with a knowledgeable guide on a full-day tour. For seven hours, you will travel in a small group to many of the top attractions (as well as some hidden gems) in Seattle. It’s a day trip in Washington for the entire family.

You will begin your tour in either downtown Seattle or downtown Bellevue. You will then travel in a small group (the maximum group size is 13 people) and in an air-conditioned vehicle to 12 different attractions in the area. You will pass by places like the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, Pioneer Square, and Lake Washington. Your guide will tell you more about these incredible destinations, and you’ll want to have your camera ready to capture some incredible views as you drive by.

You’ll also get to stop and spend time at places like Boehm’s Candy, one of the oldest chocolate factories in Washington, as well as the Starbucks Headquarters, where you can enjoy a fresh cup of coffee and some delicious food. Although, one of my favorite stops on this Seattle tour is Snoqualmie Falls, where you will spend nearly an hour observing this breathtaking natural wonder. Other destinations on this tour include Gas Works Park, the Fremont Troll, Ballard Locks Visitor Center, and Kerry Park.

If you wish, at the end of your tour, your guide can drop you off at your pick-up destination, or you can choose to be dropped off at the Space Needle or Pike Place Market. As you'll only drive by these attractions, these drop-off options give you even more opportunities to explore and enjoy this city and some of its sights and attractions.

Meals are not provided on this tour, so you’ll want to bring extra money if you wish to purchase items at stops along your way. Tours are typically offered seven days a week, but you’ll want to book your spot early as group sizes are limited.

For more information, including availability and rates, visit Viator. This is one tour where you’ll get to see the best of Seattle — you’ll get to see attractions that you may just miss on a trip to the Emerald City.
