As the weather keeps getting warmer, it's time to get off the couch and get some fresh air. If you're looking for a nice little spot to spend an afternoon, head to Rapid City and check out this little park.
Canyon Lake Park is one of the oldest parks in Rapid City.
You'll find the park on the west side of the city, at 4181 Jackson Boulevard.
It's a small park - just 29 acres - but there's plenty to do here.
Enjoy a picnic with your family and friends in one of the four pavilions.
Take a stroll around the lake.
Spend some quality time fishing with your kids.
Feed the ducks as the sun sets.
Get your kids away from their cell phones and video games and into the fresh air!
The park also has paddleboat rentals, a sand volleyball court, horseshoe courts and a playground.
