The German Christmas Market, Christkindlmarkt, Is A One-Of-A-Kind Place To Visit In Oklahoma

There are lots of choices when it comes to holiday shopping in Oklahoma. The holiday events in Oklahoma number amongst the hundreds, with everything from pop-up shops to craft shows to holiday markets hosted all around the state. It’s not hard to find something for everyone on your Christmas list no matter where you’re at! Still, even with so many great options, there’s one unique Oklahoma Christmas market in Tulsa and it’s one of my personal favorites. And if you ask me, you don’t want to miss it this year. Christkindlmarkt is an authentic German Christmas market in Oklahoma filled with holiday spirit, and chances are, it will become one of your new favorite holiday traditions.

Christkindlmarkt is held at the German-American Society of Tulsa (GAST) at 2301 East 15th Street every year, usually sometime in early December. You'll want to check this year's dates on the official Christkindlmarkt website when it comes time for you to visit!

Most German Christmas Markets occur in the month of December around the world and Tulsa continues this long-standing tradition in the comfort of the warm and cozy indoors at the GAST center.

The entire space is decked out with seasonal decor, and you'll find lots of booths selling everything from ornaments to food to German gifts.
