These Fireworks Displays in North Dakota Will Drop Your Jaw

The day we remember our country's independence is right around the corner, and to celebrate, places all over the country set off amazing displays of fireworks. North Dakota will be host to many displays in just about every corner of the state, so grab the folding chairs and a cooler full of something refreshing - it's time to enjoy the Fourth of July!
1. Bismarck Fourth of July Spectacular
Celebrate the Fourth at the Skyscraper on the Prairie on the capitol grounds with this spectacular fireworks display with live music from the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra.
Where: North Dakota State Capitol, 600 E Boulevard Ave, Bismarck
When: 7:00 PM-10:30 PM
2. Medora Musical Fourth of July Event
Directly following the nightly musical at Medora on the fourth, a huge fireworks display will take place - and it is amazing! There is Fourth of July events going on all day, including a parade you will not want to miss.
Where: Anywhere in Medora. The fireworks will be set off on top of a butte right on the edge of town, so if you're in Medora, you'll be able to see it. The show is located at 3422 Chateau Rd.
When: Following the nightly musical, which begins at 7:30 PM.
3. Devils Lake Fourth of July Event
Enjoy huge, colorful fireworks after a Fourth of July parade in Devils Lake at Ruger Park.
Where: Ruger Park, Devils Lake
When: Beginning at dusk after the parade
4. Fourth of July in Bonanzaville, West Fargo
Celebrate our independence at a town commemorating our history with tons of events all day long, ending with a fantastic display of fireworks after sunset.
Where: Bonanzaville, 1351 W Main Ave, West Fargo
When: Events all day. Fireworks begin at 10:30 PM
5. Sertoma Festival and Fireworks, Grand Forks
A day loaded of things to do in the Grand Forks area and finishing off with an incredible finale of fireworks that can be seen all throughout downtown, presented by the Sertoma of Greater Grand Forks Club. They've been hosting this for over half a century - you won't want to skip this!
Where: All throughout downtown Grand Forks and on the Greenway
When: Fireworks begin at 10:30 PM, following events all day long

If you plan on bringing your own fireworks to these events, please remember to look up the local laws and regulations on fireworks for each town and event - some may allow fireworks, some may prohibit them, and some may only allow fireworks between certain times.
