With numerous activities like stringing ristras, making cider the old fashioned way, and stomping grapes, it truly doesn't get more New Mexico than this incredible Southwest Harvest Festival happening October 6th & 7th, 2018 in Santa Fe.

Welcome to El Rancho de los Golondrinas' Annual Harvest Fest!

Autumn is the best time of year to visit this Ranch that's also home to incredible Southwest history. The ranch is a museum of sorts, without exhibits, home to over 30 buildings that shine a light on our state's history.

This harvest festival was voted 2nd Best Harvest Festival in the Nation by USA Today readers, and it's not hard to see why.

There's so much to do on the ranch! With a pumpkin patch, cider made from a traditional press, syrup from their burro driven sorghum mill, there's so much to do.

Kids can even crush grapes for wine with their feet, make cornhusk dolls, or hand roll their own tortillas. There's something for everyone on the ranch.

Of course, there will be traditional music and dancing, as well as mule-drawn wagon rides.

This harvest festival wouldn't be complete without the artist's market. Here you'll find many New Mexican makers and artists, offering hand made crafts and one-of-a-kind art pieces.

This weekend harvest festival truly celebrates everything we love about New Mexico, and it should not be missed.

El Rancho de los Golodrinas is located at 334 Los Pinos Rd., Santa Fe, NM. The Harvest Festival is October 6th and 7th, from 10a.m. to 4p.m.
