One Of The Largest And Most Inclusive Playgrounds In New Mexico Is Incredible

All children deserve a chance to get outdoors and play. While not all playgrounds are created for all children of all abilities, there are some that do. One particular playground in New Mexico is called A Park Above. Located in Rio Rancho, this playground gives all kids of all abilities a chance to play and interact with other children. A Park Above in Rio Rancho, New Mexico goes above and beyond to include children of all abilities to play and have some fun in the great outdoors while socializing with their peers.

With its design, A Park Above is universal with many amenities that make it accessible to children of all ages and abilities. With its colorful equipment and sensory attributes, kids can certainly learn while having tons of fun!

Kids can climb and play and enjoy challenging themselves on the variety of climbing structures around the park.

There's also a splash pad, slides, outdoor musical instruments that encourage creativity, and so much more.

The park also includes several wheelchair-accessible swings. Trained staff are usually around to load and unload the wheelchairs from these swings. If a staff member or volunteer is not around, you can call for assistance at 505-994-6338.

While the kids play, parents can watch from a safe distance while escaping the sun under one of the shade structures. So take the kids and enjoy some family time at A Park Above in the city of Rio Rancho!
