Spice Up February at New Mexico’s Food Show

Calling all foodies! If you want a great way to end the month of February, the National Fiery Foods & BBQ Show in Albuquerque, New Mexico will begin on February 27, 2026 and end on March 1, 2026. Are you ready to try and taste-test your way through all the fiery food options at this much-anticipated food festival this month?

Dubbed "The Hottest Show on Earth," the National Fiery Foods & BBQ Show will be held at the Sandia Resort & Casino in Albuquerque. This year marks the 37th annual show that brings lovers of hot sauce, BBQ, and desserts with sweet heat together. And it's always a good time!

Make your way through the large venue filled with vendors offering samples of salsas, BBQ, marinades, rubs, pickles, spices, jerky, and other savory foods and condiments. Whether you love spicy food or not, a range of spiciness from mild to super hot can be found throughout this food event. And since this event is held in New Mexico, you'll also discover plenty of food items featuring chilies.

The range of heat and flavor at the Fiery Food Show is extraordinary. In addition to savory foods, there will be items on the sweeter side. Several dessert exhibitors like Popped Candy will offer their freeze-dried treats, while Strawberries & More will have its signature chocolate-covered treats. You will be able to sample from these businesses as well.

While trying so many delicious foods, whether sweet, savory, or super spicy, you'll have the opportunity to purchase from each vendor. Whether it's a new BBQ rub, a bottle of hot sauce so spicy it'll bring tears to your eyes, or even a jar of spicy-sweet strawberry jalapeno jam, you'll want to take something home to remember this annual event.

Purchase your tickets online for the Fiery Food Show. Early-bird ticket prices are $17.50 per person, but the price goes up starting February 14, when tickets jump to $20 per person. If you're bringing children ages 11-18 with you, you can buy $5 kid tickets at the door the day of. Kids 10 and under are admitted for free.
