You can find some of the best and most beautiful holiday displays in America right here in New Jersey. It might surprise you to discover they are private Christmas light displays too! We've got some epic holiday houses with magical interactive decorations and amazing shows synchronized to music. It would be impossible for us to pick just one favorite but we do love the local Christmas displays below.

1. The Gress House Holiday Lights Spectacular - Union Beach

Enjoy thousands of holiday lights, hundreds of plastic blowmold figures, inflatables, and special effects at this festive house which raises money for The Children's Miracle Network of Mountainside, New Jersey.

2. MacCary Christmas, Ocean Township

The MacCary Christmas Lights display features over 70,000 lights synced to music. Tune into 91.3 FM when outside the house.

3. Andrew's Christmas House - Middletown

Andrew's Christmas Wonderland is another magical Middletown home, it's hard not to love this twinkly display!

4. Liam's Spectacular Christmas Display - Middletown

5. Edgewater Park Lights - Edgewater Park

The Wendowski Family keeps adding to their incredible light show to make each year a bit more merry and bright than the last! They've also collected over 1200 pounds of food for the CBC Ministry food bank.

6. Martorana Christmas House - Wayne

This house really shines when it comes to holiday inflatables! So much so that the city tried to limit them on how many they could have in their yard. So they moved the whole show to their Christmas tree farm!

7. Martel's Christmas Wonderland - Hamilton

While all these houses are wonderful, one New Jersey home won 2020's Great Christmas Light Fight. That home belongs to the Martel family in Hamilton.

Their massive display spans the front and back yard, has a carnival of lights and countless decorations, and is open to guests. You'll find trains, toys, an inflatable Christmas unicorn, and so much more. It's no surprise that it was chosen as one of the best Christmas lights displays in America!
