These Are The Most Maine Houses Of All Time

Oh, Maine... There's no other state in the country like you. On the coast you're full of nautical-inspired homes, and inland you've blended into the land just like real Mainers have blended into the the state itself. We love you for your ability to make us feel at home. But, mostly, we love you for reminding us that we are Mainers through and through. No matter where we go, we'll always feel pride when we drive through and see homes like these. Thank you for letting us be ourselves and for always letting us fly our metaphorical Maine flag in that salty (or woodsy!) air. Here are some of our favorite Maine homes.

1. Just in case you weren't sure, the sea is near!

3. WE didn't grow up with waterfront property, but we've definitely seen the random rowboat left on the rocks.
