You’ll Want To Ride The One Of A Kind Zip Line Found At Zip NOLA In Louisiana

Zip NOLA offers a unique zip line experience over the Maurepas Swamp, providing stunning views and wildlife sightings.

Swamp tours are one of the best ways to see the magnificent waterways in Louisiana. Whether you board a swamp boat or an airboat, you're almost guaranteed to see wildlife as you weave in and out of the marshes, bayous, and swamps that are such a signature look of Louisiana. There's one zip line in Louisiana that will give you an entirely new perspective of the swamps, so if you're willing to take to the skies, you'll be soaring over the Maurepas Swamp in no time.

Located just outside of New Orleans, Zip NOLA is one of Louisiana’s latest adventure parks that’s attracting both nature lovers and thrill-seekers alike.

Here’s a look at how the zip line course is mapped out. There are five separate zip lines that will take you all around the park.

Zip lines work with gravity, so you’ll always be starting from a higher platform and making your way to a platform that’s slightly below the one you jumped from.

Don’t worry, you’ll be safely harnessed with all the proper safety gear (including a helmet) the entire time, and a trained professional will be at every platform to guide you along your way.

Once you’ve left the platform, sit back and enjoy the view!

You’ll have a magnificent view of both the Maurepas Swamp and Lake Pontchartrain.

And you may even spot some of the local wildlife.

Alligators are a common sighting, but you may also catch a glimpse of a wild boar, an armadillo, or even a white-tailed deer as you’re coasting over the swamp.

If you're there for moral support or just want to watch, there's a beautiful deck with ample seating and great views so you can watch your loved ones from here.

Are you ready to take on the world's first fully-aquatic swamp zip line?
