Pretend You’re Miles And Miles Above Kansas At iFly Indoor Skydiving

Experience the thrill of skydiving indoors at iFLY in Overland Park, Kansas, suitable for ages three and up.

Are you a little bit of a thrill seeker, but never enough to actually jump out of a moving plane? Maybe you really want to fly, but not do anything as high or dangerous as skydiving requires. In that case, this indoor skydiving experience in Kansas may be the perfect substitute! Come see for yourself.

Welcome to iFLY Indoor Skydiving, a spot in Overland Park where you can experience something similar to skydiving without jumping out of a plane.

iFLY is for anyone ages three and up, at many levels of ability. They have a regular program and an All Abilities program to help cater to each flyer's needs, physical or otherwise. The only people not recommended to fly are those who are pregnant, recent health issues that need to be cleared, or anyone with prior shoulder dislocations.

Even if you just want to live vicariously through your friends, there is plenty of space for you to enjoy the view. Laugh at their wind-blown faces, or just have fun seeing your friends floating.

If you're flying, they recommend casual, comfortable clothing that you'd wear on a normal day, as well as closed toe shoes. After everything is out of your pockets and all hanging jewelry or hair accessories removed, you'll be ready to go!

After orientation where you're taught the basics, you're ready to suit up and get flying yourself! The whole experience lasts about an hour, and each flyer gets to go twice. Of course, you're welcome to purchase more fly time if you just can't get enough!

When you're ready to book a flight for yourself, check out their website here.

They're open from noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, noon to 9 p.m. on Fridays, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays, and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sundays.

Address: 10975 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, KS 66210
