If There’s One Fall Festival You Attend In Georgia, Make It The Georgia Mountain Fall Festival

The Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds hosts an annual Fall Festival featuring live entertainment, craft shows, food vendors, and family-friendly activities.

North Georgia is a beautiful place at any time of year, but it's especially magical in the fall at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. When the leaves start to change and the air gets that crisp bite to it, there's no place better to go. The annual Fall Festival at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds is a blast, with music, events for kids, a craft show, plenty of live entertainment, and, of course, beautiful scenery to admire. It's one of our favorite yearly events in the state and the perfect way to get in the autumn spirit! The 2023 festival is scheduled for October 6 through 14, opening daily at 11:00 a.m. Let's check it out.

Hiawassee's nine-day festival is the perfect way to celebrate the season of gorgeous foliage and mild weather at this Georgia mountain fair.

This family-friendly event offers free parking, $16 admission, and plenty of fun.

We love Pioneer Village, a replica of an old mountain town.

The festival features a dozen carnival rides for thrill seekers of all ages.

An unlimited-ride wristband is $25, offering entry to the park at different times.

Make sure to check out the craft show for a variety of items from the artisans of the mountain area.

From handmade gifts to jewelry, and home decor, several booths are available so think of holiday gift-giving.

The food vendors are open daily with something for everyone, such as street tacos, BBQ, hamburgers, lemonade, and funnel cakes.

A variety of canned goods and other treats are also available at this Georgia mountain fall festival.

And each day of this GA mountain fair features a different concert.

The artists for the 2023 shows include Jo Dee Messina, Diamond Rio, and Trace Adkins, among other talented performers.

Other fun features at the Georgia Mountain Fall Festival include daily entertainment from the Cowboy Circus.

This fun event comes in different forms, from Danny's Strolling Show to the World's Smallest Rodeo, offering lots of participation from the audience. Another fan-favorite act we don't want to miss is Rosaire's Royal Racers

Pig Racing.
