Take the Legend of Ghost Road in Georgia, for example. The most haunted road in Georgia is sure to send a chill down your spine. Would you dare tread these grounds after the sun sets? Let's explore the ghost road in Statesboro, Georgia.
The town of Brooklet, just outside of Statesboro is just like any other regular Georgia town.
People gather together to reenact parts of history or celebrate the famed peanut festival each year.
But there is one particular road in Brooklet, called Old Ghost Road, that is said to be one of the most haunted parts of the state.
As the story goes, people who have ventured down the street at night have seen some very strange things.
A very faint orange light will eventually appear in the distance...
As you drive closer to the light you'll see a man digging a ditch in the middle of the night, which is rumored to be his way of either digging his grave or digging up a buried human head.
If you watch the man long enough, he will eventually approach your car angrily, but then vanish into the night before reaching you.
If that doesn't freak you out enough, there is a small cemetery down the street that when you venture through, you'll be able to see or hear ghost dogs attempting to dig up their owner's graves.
