St. Pete Beach in Florida is ranked the number one beach in the U.S. and fifth in the world by TripAdvisor.
There is no shortage of absolutely stunning beaches in Florida. But if you're going to visit one, it might as well be the most beautiful, right? Recently, TripAdvisor released its annual list of annual Travelers' Choice Best of the Best Awards for Beaches. The most exciting part of the list is that St. Pete Beach in Florida came in as the number one beach in the entire country and the fifth-best beach in the whole world! If you doubt the results of this list, just wait until you see these photos.
Every year, TripAdvisor releases an awards list that compiles the best beaches in the world as voted by actual travelers.
The awards are based on the quality and quantity of TripAdvisor ratings gathered over a 12-month period of time.
A new rating for 2021 will also include the number of times a traveler hits the “save” button when reviewing a beach, too, due largely in part to the travel restrictions from this past year.
Floridians can rejoice, as not only was St. Pete Beach rated the top beach in the country, but also ranked the fifth beach in the entire world.
In fact, St. Pete Beach has been voted the No. 1 beach for four out of the past six years!
In case you’ve never been to St. Pete Beach, then get ready for the smooth gulf breeze, gentle waves, soft, white sandy beaches, and spectacular colors.
