This Incredible Holiday Sculpture Made From 2,000 Pounds Of Chocolate Can Only Be Found At This Orlando Hotel

Calling all chocolate lovers! And holiday enthusiasts, too. If you’re anything like me, you marvel over giant structures made entirely out of food. Not only is precision and planning involved, but baking, crafting, structuring, and decorating are also involved. It’s a feat for the senses in all capacities. That’s how I feel about the gargantuan holiday sculpture made from 2,000 pounds of chocolate at Caribe Royale Orlando. This insane work of art needs to be seen (and sniffed) in person.

Every year, the Caribe Royale Hotel in Orlando goes all out in terms of decor for the holidays.

You’ll see decorations throughout the resort, plus fun festivities like the hidden holiday gnome hunt, letters to Santa, chocolate-holiday-themed cocktails and desserts, holiday movies under the stars, and so much more.

But perhaps the coup de grâce of the season is the larger-than-life chocolate structures created by the world-class pastry team.

To start, you’ll find Santa’s Magical Flight, hand-crafted from over 2,000 pounds of chocolate in partnership with Swiss-Belgian chocolate manufacturer Barry Callebaut.

This spectacular holiday display of chocolate features the big man himself - Santa Claus, who is being pulled on his sleight by Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, Blitzen, and Rudolph! Can you believe this is made entirely out of chocolate?!

But wait - that’s not all…there is another humongous chocolate structure inside Caribe Royale!

Feast your eyes on the Caribe Royale North Pole Express - a 32-foot-long railroad train made from 1,600 pounds of chocolate in partnership with Valhrona and Republic del Cacao.

The level of detail and craftsmanship that goes into these structures every year by the on-site pastry team is truly something to marvel over.

So if you’re looking to get into the holiday spirit, as well as have some chocolate fun, then head on over to Caribe Royale Orlando for a seasonal adventure you won’t forget.
