This abandoned hospital in in Pahokee, Florida has been crumbling for almost 20 years. Coming from YouTube channel "The Proper People," this video exploration of the hospital is a creepy and fascinating peek into the (almost) deserted halls and operating rooms of a massive medical center. Plenty has been preserved from when the hospital was open, but there are a few unexpected finds as well.
Everglades Memorial Hospital opened in 1938.
The hospital closed in 1998 due to financial troubles.
Since then, it has been picked over by vandals looking for scrap metal.
The video features close calls with hornets and others people who may be wandering the hospital.
