Every year, the Wilmington and Western Railroad decorates its famous Doodlebug to create a magical Delaware Christmas Train!
The Holiday Lights Express runs more than 60 times back and forth throughout December, and with some planning, you can be aboard for this bright and merry trip.
The train departs from the historic Greenbank Station at either 5:00, 6:30, 7:30, or 8:00 p.m., depending on your ticket time.
The ride lasts for about an hour and takes you past beautifully decorated trackside homes as you travel through the Red Clay Valley.
