This former landfill in Albany is now home to beautiful works of urban art.
You can find a wide range of artwork here by local artists, from murals and stencils to sculptures and graffiti.
Sculptor and activist layer Osha Neumann, as well as a group of artists called Sniff, have contributed many of the larger pieces of art at Albany Bulb.
Unfortunately, many say that the artworks at Albany Bulb are past their prime.
Time and the elements have caused some deterioration over the years, since the art's peak in 2006.
But much of the art still remains, and it frequently makes a gorgeous backdrop for concerts and theater productions at The Bulb.
The sculptures can be reached via Buchanan Street or via the Bay Trail that runs along the east side of San Francisco Bay.
The colorful flora amidst all the artwork makes the trail especially scenic.
Be sure to stop by Albany Bulb to see as much artwork as you can before they deteriorate further.
As always, bring your camera for some truly stunning shots of unique artwork, the likes of which you probably won't find anywhere else.
