It's impossible to run out of things to do when you're visiting Hot Springs! However, there's one more stop you need to add to your trip. It's one of the best roadside attractions in Arkansas! This miniature animated city is the world's largest as well as the state's largest miniature train display.

The miniature town started off small but has been developing since the 1930s. Frank Moshinskie founded the teeny tiny town when he was 13 years old. What began as a train display around the Christmas tree slowly grew into a neighborhood attraction. The town made its roots in Hot Springs after Moshinskie moved from Baton Rouge in 1962.

Moshinskie's son now gives tours of this massive mini. Although everything is small the size of the town is quite impressive. It's a hodgepodge of tourist attractions (like Mount Rushmore), trains, the Wild West, and everyday town life. While you operate the town's many trains, be sure to take in all the details.

In addition to the sheer size of the town, one of the most impressive aspects is the craftsmanship. Nothing in Tiny Town came from a model kit - it's all handmade! Knickknacks and scraps were molded together to make the trees, buildings, and displays. The town also has multiple water features as well!

Take a little break in your travels to marvel at the intricacy of Tiny Town.
