Arkansas’ Only Ninja Park Is Insanely Fun And You’ll Want To Visit

No matter if you're searching for a serious alternative fitness or just a fun family activity, Arkansas' only ninja park is worth a visit.

Flip Side Ninja Park just opened at the beginning of this year. They combine parkour, different exercises, and obstacles to help you become a fit and savvy ninja.

They're located at 213 Grant Place in Lowell.

If you live in the NWA area, Flip Side offers some fantastic classes.

Junior Ninjas (ages 5-15) and Adult Ninjas (ages 16+) can hone their skills in a variety of courses.

Coaches are ready to help you no matter your athletic skill level.

This alternative fitness can fit any lifestyle. The best part is that since it's so much fun, you don't realize it's exercising.

For serious ninjas, Flip Side offers an intense obstacle course.

The Obstacle Course Race Fit is an indoor/outdoor class that's focused on endurance and strength. Every week's obstacle course is different to keep you at a constant challenge.

Junior ninjas can attend by semester to build their skills.

The 12 week class is separated into stages that must be mastered before moving on to more difficult challenges.

For a more relaxing experience, Flip Side also offers aerial yoga.

Ages 13+ can strengthen and stretch in a yoga hammock during this hour long class.

You can also plan birthdays and events at the Ninja Park.

Flip Side offers open gym time 5 nights a week (excluding Wednesdays and Saturdays). So if you're just visiting the area, you should definitely consider Flip Side for a unique family outing (ages 16+) or date night. Drop-ins are just $15/person.
