The Arizona Renaissance Festival Will Be Back For Another Year Of Fun & Festivities

Ever wondered what it would be like to live in the Middle Ages? This renaissance festival in Arizona, returning for another fantastic year of fun and festivities in February, is your chance to experience the iconic era firsthand. Tickets typically go on sale in early fall for the annual Arizona Renaissance Festival, which takes place rain or shine in February and March.

With a 50-acre village, 16 stages, arts and crafts, jousting tournaments, and feasts fit for a king, you'll feel like medieval royalty at this enchanting, two-month-long celebration on East US Highway 60 in Gold Canyon.

Jousting tournaments take place three times per day in the 5,000-seat arena so you'll be able to catch a show no matter what time you arrive.

First up is the Princess' Joust, followed by the Prince's Joust, and, finally, the Joust to the Death. Cheer for your favorite knight until a winner is crowned, then say hi to the champion and his horse after the competition.

Entertainment abounds, with performances taking place all day long on 16 different stages.

From comedy and tragedy to music and dancing and everything in between, there's something for all ages and every member of the family to enjoy.

Rides and games galore keep the little ones from ever getting bored.

Axe-throwing, paintball, even the world's largest rocking horse... kids and kids-at-heart alike are sure to have a blast!
