Dairy Queen has been around as a franchise since 1940, serving up delicious ice cream confections as well as burgers and fries ever since. The oldest Dairy Queen in Delaware is in Lewes and has been open since 1954, just a few steps away from Lewes Beach. It’s been a community favorite since it opened.
