99 Sea Level is one of my favorite Delaware beach restaurants, no matter what time of year. On Wednesdays, they have live music from 4pm-7pm and it's their all day happy hour. Thursday: Bethany Blues, Lewes

Bethany Blues of Lewes is no secret, but during the offseason they're open from 11:30 am - 11:00 pm. They serve their lunch menu until 4:00 and happy hour runs from opening until 6 PM at the bar. Food specials and drink specials are plentiful, including

$5 Maker's cocktails and $5 BBQ. As if Thursday at Bethany Blues couldn't get any better, it's trivia night and steak night! Have your steak carved at the table for $3/oz.
