This Restaurant In Connecticut Doesn’t Look Like Much – But The Food Is Amazing

Sloppy Waffle is pretty unassuming on the outside, but the delicacies inside will make your taste buds sing.
This place creates Leige Waffles - handmade, Belgian waffles that are made with dough and pearl sugar - not pancake batter.
They're unlike any other and so good that you're certain to get addicted. The Sloppy Waffle is one of the most popular items on the menu. It's a waffle topped with two eggs, bacon or sausage, melted cheese, maple syrup and a side of home fries.
The Chocolate Lovers waffle is another favorite, especially if you want to eat dessert for breakfast! It's covered in Nutella, home-style whipped cream, chocolate chips, walnuts and cookie crumbs.
Or, satisfy your sweet tooth with a Strawberries and Cream waffle. It has fruit, so it must be healthy...right?
For a hearty appetite, the Chicken & Waffles is a good choice.
For smaller appetites (or smaller diners!) the kid-sized portions are perfect.
