One of the best things about living in New England is enjoying some of the best seafood in the world. This is especially true when thinking about the incredible delight of the lobster roll. It’s a sandwich that proves the best things aren’t always the most complex. Connecticut is often known for historical culinary firsts and the New England lobster roll is no exception. It all began in the town of Milford back in the 1920s.
