People Are Going Crazy Over The Handmade Donuts At This Small Connecticut Shop
If you like sweets, it’s tough to not have a particular fondness for donuts. These portable treats come in so many flavors and styles, and we’re fortunate enough to have plenty of great donut shops in Connecticut to pick up one or two (or a dozen). One of our favorites is Clinton’s Beach Donut Shop. This humble little spot is small in size, but big in flavor. It’s been an integral part of the community for years, and the homemade treats here are the perfect way to brighten your day and satisfy your sugar cravings. The only bad part is choosing what flavor you want to take home with you!
There actually two Beach Donut Shop locations in Connecticut. You'll find the original in Clinton (pictured), just a few blocks away from the shore. Last year, a second Beach Donut opened up in Branford.
The Clinton location opened up in 1993 and almost immediately developed a cult following. It's easy to see why. These homemade donuts are hand-crafted each morning for maximum freshness and peak flavor.
