2020 has been a year to remember, thanks to not only the pandemic and political unrest but other things like the high unemployment rate and other bizarre occurrences (a la killer hornets). Like countless others, Colorado brewer Jordan Bettmann also found himself unemployed amidst the pandemic but managed to turn things and around and create the craveable Underground Cookie Company:

Instead of hitting the job sites and updating his resume upon being laid off, Bettmann made it his mission to create the perfect cookie, and the Underground Cookie Company was born!
Founded in pandemic-laden 2020, the Underground Cookie Company consists of gigantic 6-ounce cookies that are as delicious as they look...maybe even more so.
Each week, Jordan and the Underground Cookie Company release four flavors of cookies that come in a combo pack ranging in size from four to 12, with each package containing all four varieties.
What kind of mouthwatering flavors are we talking about? Underground Cookie home-bakes everything from innovative Maple, Dates, and Pecan to indulgent Raspberry White Chocolate with a Raspberry & Lime Glaze to classic Chocolate Chip.
"Our offerings focus on balancing exciting new flavor combinations with nostalgic treats reminiscent of what we'd pull from our childhood ovens," states the Underground Cookie Company, adding that "Pushing the limits on what 'should be' in a cookie is something we thrive on."
