The Mythical Creature That Tormented A Small Colorado Town Will Give You Nightmares

You have heard tales of Bigfoot, the Loch Ness Monster, and the legendary Puerto Rican Chupacabra, but I am willing to bet you didn’t know that Colorado has a monster of its own that loves to feast on Rocky Mountain tourists, right? Meet the man-eating Slide Rock Bolter; a gigantic whale that was first spotted by miners in the 1800s who claimed to have witnessed this beast eat anything that came into its path. With its sharp teeth, piercing hooks, and ability to quickly slide down the mountainside, the killer Bolter is thought to be behind missing hikers and tourists (though it has never been proven).
