Got a late-night hunger that can’t be satisfied with an old run-of-the-mill chain diner or fast food joint? Trust me, I know the feeling… but luckily Colorado is home to several stellar establishments that can fill that after dark void, including (in no particular order):
1. Denver Diner (Denver)

2. Green Line Grill (Colorado Springs)
