The 14-oz. ribeyes come with two hearty sides and can be topped with shrimp. The larger-than-the-plate steaks aren't the only reason to visit the stop, however.
In addition to these mouthwatering options, Southfork's specialty is something beloved by any true Arkansan - fried bologna. The 63 (named for their exit) Special features burnt bologna, pinto beans, cornbread, home fries, and thickly sliced onions.
