The 90-year-old Estate In Arkansas You Absolutely Have To See During The Holiday Season
Have you ever driven by one of Arkansas’ amazing historic homes and wanted to take a peek inside? The Edgemont House in North Little Rock is a beautifully extravagant garden estate that also sits on the National Register of Historic Places. During the season, this fabulous house opens for festive tours. Let’s feel fancy as we walk around this gorgeous home for the holidays.
We’re aware that these uncertain times are limiting many aspects of life. While we continue to feature destinations that make our state wonderful, please take proper precautions or add them to your bucket list to see at a later date. If you know of a local business that could use some extra support during these times, please nominate them here: onlyinyourstate.com/nominate

The historic home was built in 1927 by Little Rock architect Max F. Mayer. The estate is a perfect example of Spanish Colonial Revival style with some Mediterranean flair. You can see the beauty for yourself at 257 Skyline Dr, North Little Rock, AR 72116.

The Edgemont House can be rented for private parties, weddings, or seminars throughout the year. In addition to these, Mr. Olsen also offers themed tours. The upcoming set of tours is something no one should miss.

The "Holidayfest" is separated into three different nights. The kick-off night on Nov. 30th includes a cocktail hour as well as a candlelight tour filled with interesting history about the house.

Just imagine strolling the decked halls while munching on homemade cookies. What's even better is that one ticket covers both the weekend dates. There's really no where better to shop for loved ones (and yourself) than at a gloriously lavish holiday home.

The indulgence won't break your bank either, tickets for the first night are $35 and the other two nights are $25. To book your night of fabulous estate touring, you can visit this site. You can also follow the Edgemont House Facebook Page.
