What is there to do in Girdwood?
There are so many awesome things to see and do in this tiny town of less than 2,300 people. This is one of the unique tourist destinations in Alaska, as there is something to do and experience all year round. The largest draw in this small town is Alyeska Resort. This stunning resort at the base of Mount Alyeska offers prime skiing in the winter, great hiking in the summer, and fabulous restaurants all year long. The entire town is alive and bustling no matter the season!
