Point Rock Trail is tucked away inside Buck's Pocket State Park in Grove Oak, Alabama.
This 2.2-mile, out-and-back trail offers a moderate level of difficulty, which means it's perfect for most skill levels. It's also available to hike year-round.
Keep in mind, while hiking Point Rock Trail, you'll experience both rocky terrain and steep inclines. Don't forget to wear appropriate shoes, and to avoid slipping, it's best to not hike following a heavy rainfall.
Also, while hiking this trail, you'll experience some of the park's most beautiful natural features, including Little Sauty Creek Falls. This 15-foot waterfall flows over multiple ledges into a small pool.
