Here's what to know about the Penguins & Pajamas Sleepovers at the California Academy of Sciences. This event is one that’s open to kids between the ages of 5 and 12, with an adult chaperone of 25 years or older required to accompany every group of no more than five kids. People between the ages of 18 and 24 are also welcome to take part in the sleepover, but cannot act as a chaperone. If you don’t have any adorable offspring, younger cousins, or anyone young enough to give you an excuse to experience this exciting sleepover, you’ll be glad to know that at certain times throughout the year the museum offers adult sleepover events.

So, what will you actually experience during this sleepover? Admission to the sleepover will include spending the night in one of the exhibit areas, watching live animal presentations, exploring the Osher Rainforest, enjoying private planetarium showings, bedtime stories with milk and cookies, and admission to the museum the following day.
