10. The Bull in the Alley, Tulsa
With no sign or address posted, finding The Bull in the Alley (if that's even the official name) might be a little tricky. Look for the bull above the green doors on the east side of the Tavern Building in The Brady Arts District. Reservations are required and it might take a few weeks to get in, with only 12 tables in the restaurant. They are known for some of the best steaks in Tulsa...so see if you can find the green mystery doors, so you too can indulge in their perfected steaks.
11. Tarahumara's Mexican Cafe & Cantina, Norman
