Here Are 10 Things You’ll Never Catch Anyone From Wyoming Doing
Folks from Wyoming can’t be stereotyped, but there are some things that most of us would never consider doing. See if any of these things describe your behavior…
1. Driving around without an emergency kit.
Wyoming is vast, and many of our roads are sparsely populated. We never leave home without some emergency supplies in the trunk.
2. Passing up that big buck.
Or an antelope, or elk, etc. Hunting is a way of life in Wyoming.
3. Passing up on jerky.
While we love fresh elk meat, we also love elk jerky.
4. Watching TV all day, every day.
With all our incredible outdoor recreation opportunities, why would we waste time watching television all day?
5. Wishing we lived in a big city.
There's a reason we live in Wyoming - we love our small town communities.
6. Choosing French fries over potato olés.
We admit it - we're addicted to those tasty little discs of potato goodness.
7. Voting Democrat.
Ok, so there are a few Democrats in the state. But Wyoming's electoral votes have gone to Republican Presidential candidates in the last 13 elections - the last time we voted Democrat was 1964.
8. Going to work on a snow day.
When there's fresh powder, we just have to go skiing.
9. Cheering for a college team other than University of Wyoming.
We're UW fans, through and through.
10. Taking this for granted.
No matter how long we've lived here, we'll never take this scenery for granted.
Wyomingites are pretty laid back folks, but
these 15 things will definitely make us mad.
